Cancellation / Forfeiture Policy

At The Healing Path Massage, we value both your time and our therapists' time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid charges.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged in full.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur an additional fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of payment, gift certificate, or GROUPON voucher.

This policy helps us maintain an efficient schedule and gives other clients the opportunity to book available time slots.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment

to ensure you receive the full service.

This will allow you to:

  • Complete your intake form.

  • Use the restroom if needed.

  • Discuss your session with your therapist and share any preferences or concerns.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened massage. We appreciate your punctuality to provide the best experience possible.

Jewelry

For your comfort and to allow us to work more effectively during your massage, we recommend not wearing any jewelry or a watch.
